Apple Crisp has added a photo to the pool:

This is Simon, a beautiful rescue puppy. He is a little over 6 weeks old in this shot. He’s a wonderful mix: purebred Chocolate Lab (dam), and Australian Shepherd with the blue merle coloring (sire).

Nine pups were rescued in all, Carol took six and another friend took three. They are all doing very well now, thanks to Carol and Simone.

You can still see the wrinkles on his snout - it’s still unfolding! He’s very cute now, and he will be a beauty as he grows. :))

Update January 20th: Simon has a forever home! He went to his new home today! He now belongs to a close friend of ours, so we know he will be happy and deeply loved, and we’ll still get to see him!
